Fun Fact Friday!!!

Hello Smiley Face Fans!!!

Hope you guys had a great Valentine's Day! I'll be celebrating all weekend with my beau, but for now it's that time again...Fun Fact Friday! where you learn just a little bit more about me and/or something that happened to me this week. I actually have a funny story. While walking to a seminar in Culver City this week I had the nightmare of looking for parking, which if you live in LA you know is one of the worst due to street cleaning signs EVERYWHERE! I finally got lucky and found free parking on a quiet little neighborhood street where I wouldn't get towed or ticketed. Walking there was fine, but when I walked back to my car, I tripped over a bulging street light that was in the ground. I believe they're there so people can see the lines at night. Well it wasn't night and those things are apparently a huge hazard.  Then, I noticed not only did someone see me and give me that awkward smile of embarrassment, but I tore my shoe completely open. Needless to say, today's fun fact is that I can be EXTREMELY CLUMSY at times. Hahahah! Plus I need a new pair of shoes...Shopping trip! It's that time again...Fun Fact Friday! where I reveal a fun fact about me or something that happened this week. This past week I went to a couple of birthday parties and one place stood out the most, Le Descarga. It's a really nice Cuban Style bar with a live band and dancers every hour. I was lucky enough to have the saxophone player to basically serenade me. Really awesome classy experience. I had a chance to dress up, listen to Latin Jazz music, and dance! Those are three of my favorite things and that's your Fun Fact Friday! See you next week! Adios!

As previously discussed, this year there will be tons of fun things and post going on here at Smiley Face News, one of which is "Fun Fact Friday's". Every Friday I will reveal a fun fact about me and/or something that happened to me during the week. This Friday's Fun Fact is about my love for food! Anyone who knows me, knows that I love food and like to cook. I say "like" versus "love" because I do enjoy other people cooking food for me. This week I had a great time with my Nickelodeon Crew at Kabuki. If you haven't tried the crunchy rice it's a must. It has rice, salmon, jalapeno, and sauce on top and it's very filling. My First Stand-up Show!

Happy New Year SmileyFace Fam!

I'm so sorry it's been so long, but this year will be different I promise. =) I hope everyone is off to a great start. I sure am and there will be a lot to look forward to so stay tuned. One big thing that will be coming up in March is my first Stand-up show at Flappers Comedy Club in Burbank, CA.

To recap a little, I staged managed a play last Dec and played the part of the elf in "Bough's of Folly" by Big Bite Productions. It was an amazing event and I won't forget to let you guys in on the fun next time.
